Kalraj Mishra Complete Bio & Career

Kalraj Mishra joined RSS while he was still a teenaged boy. In 1963 he became their star pracharak. He soon got elected as elected National President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha. He was sent to Rajya Sabha thrice. First in 1978 then in 2001 and 2006. He also held various prestigious posts at state and national level politics. 
 
He raised the voice for a new state of Uttarakhand and played a pivotal role in formation of the state during Atal Bihari Vajpayye’s term. He also started a campaign that all state highways should be made crater free. Many people joined him in his movement. He contested for the first time in his career during 2012 UP assembly elections. Though BJP failed to create any magic in the elections but he won from Lucknow east assembly seat with a goo margin. Looking at his popularity BJP handed him a Lok Sabha ticket from Deoria constituency and he became a Lok Sabha MP for the first time in his career in 2014. 
 
In Modi’s cabinet he served as the Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises from August May 2014 to August 2017. His political career graph never went down in his illustrated career. He was made the Governor of Himachal Pradesh in 2019. He was then appointed as the Governor of Rajasthan in September 2019.
