Mikhail Mishustin's full name is Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin. He was born and raised in Lobnya town in Russia. He obtained his post-graduate degree from STANKIN and began his career as a director in test laboratory facility. His life changed after he started working with ICC (International Computer Club) in 1992. He eventually became the head of International Computer Club. In 1998, he joined the civil services and started working as an assistant for information systems for accounting of the Russian federation. He then worked as a deputy tax minister from 1998 to 2004. In 2009, he became a part of the personnel reserve of the President of Russia. The following year, he was named as the head of FTS (Federal Tax Service). He introduced electronic tax services in play and was highly appreciated for his efforts. 
 
After former Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev resugned along with his cabinet, he was appointed as the Prime Minister of Russia on 16-01-2020. He has close ties with Russian president Vladimar Putin and Putin nominated him for the post of Prime Minister. He immediately gave relief packages to various corporates and has vowed to ease the tax structure in Russia. It was unfortunate that within 2 months of his appointment Covid-19 broke out putting Russia's economy on hold. He personally headed a Coordinating council for the fight against coronavirus. It was however unfortunate that he himself got infected with the corona virus in April 2020.
