Mukesh Complete Bio & Career

Mukesh had a passion for music since childhood, so when a music teacher came to his home to teach his sister to music, he used to learn music from the nearby room. His elder sister used to take music lessons and Mukesh used to listen to them with great passion Mukesh started receiving traditional education of music at Motilal’s house. In 1941, he got the first break as an actor-singer in the film "Nirodsh". Despite this film was a flop at the box office. He sang the song "Dil Hey Burujai Ho To recorded for the film Nirdosh was his career first ever song.
 
The early years in the industry were difficulties. However, the KL Sehgal was the one who was impressed by his voice. In the 40s, Mukesh had a unique singing style of playback. He got an opportunity to enter the world of music in 1945. In the film "Pehli Nazar", he got the opportunity to sing as a playback singer for the first time. In the film, he sang "Dil Jalta Hain To Jalne De". Legendary Musician Naushad Ali helped Mukesh sing singing in his own way so that he could go out of the Sehgal style and make a different image of himself. 
 
In the last few years of the '50s, Mukesh reached the peak of later singing. Films such as yahoodi, Madhumati, Anari, gave a new identity to her singer and were the nominated for the Filmfare Award for the song Jis Desh mein Ganga rehti hai'. Beginning of the 60s, Mukesh has made Kalyanji-Anandji, K. Dum-Dum Diga-Dega, Naushad's Mera Pyaar bhi tu hai, and done with the songs of SD Burman and then composed by Shankar-Jaikishan in Raj Kapoor 's Sangam. 
 
Mukesh's career was in his peak in the 60s and now Mukesh started his new experiment in his singing. According to the actors of his time, his singing was also changing. Like songs are sung for Sunil Dutt and Manoj Kumar. In the 70s, Mukesh did the song 'Jenna yahan Marna yahan'.In the year 1970, Mukesh got the second Filmfare for Manoj Kumar's film 'Pehchan'. And then in 1972, he was given the Filmfare Award for the third time to sing the same movie as Manoj Kumar. His most memorable songs of the ’70s are 'Dharam Karam' Ek din bik jayega.' The finest movie of the film 'Anand' and 'Amar Akbar Anthony'. For the title song of Yash Chopra's film 'Kabhi Kabhi', in 1976, Mukesh received his fourth Filmfare career.  He died on August 27, 1976, due to a heart attack in the US.

Mukesh Singer had gone to perform in a concert in Detroit, Michigan, US. He awoke up early and went to take a shower on that morning. Suddenly he came out panting and complaining of chest pains and he was rushed to a hospital.

He was declared dead due to a heart attack on 27-08-1976. The rest of his concert was completed by Lata Mangeshkar. His body was flown to India by Lata Mangeshkar and his grand funeral ceremony was held in the presence of great personalities and actors of Indian film industry. His newer unreleased songs were released in 1977 in bollywood films like Dharam Veer, Amar Akbar Anthony, Khel khiladi ka, Darinda and Chandi sona after his death.
